Making Your Reservation for Web Services at Sea
(May 23 - 31, 2004)

The following information will help you book your Web Services at Sea Cruise properly and with minimal effort. Please read all the information carefully before completing the reservation form. At approximately two to four weeks prior to sailing you will receive your tickets. For those of you who have never cruised before, it is customary to send you a guide to the cruise in this same mailing. This guide will include important information such as: What to pack, specifics on tour excursions and prices, special guest lecturers, our Web Services at Sea sessions on board, and much more! Only passengers booked through Geek Cruises will be admitted to the Web Services at Sea Conference.

HOW TO BOOK:
Select Plan I, II, III, IV, or V
Cabin prices vary by the category and type of accommodation you select. There are Inside cabins (without a window), Outside cabins (with a window, porthole, or verandah), Mini-Suites and Suites. All cabins have a private bathroom with shower (outside cabins also have bathtubs), color TV, telephone, and two beds which can convert to a queensize. Some cabins can accommodate a third and/or fourth person. A limited number of cabins for the Physically Challenged (PC) are available upon request. The following are 5 ways you may choose to sail with us:

(I) TWO PERSONS SHARING THE SAME CABIN: Double occupancy means that two passengers will be sharing the same cabin. All cabins have either two lower beds, or beds that may convert to a double or queensize or king-size bed.

(II) TRIPLE AND QUAD OCCUPANCY: If three or four family members or friends wish to share the same cabin, they may do so. The third and fourth passenger rates are listed in the pricing information (see next column).

(III) GUARANTEED SHARE (GS) FARES: This plan is for passengers who are coming on a GEEK CRUISE by themselves and wish to share a cabin with another passenger in an inside or outside cabin only. The prices are the same as the per person double occupancy rates. Be sure to check the box that says Guaranteed Share. Guaranteed Share cabin assignments will be done at time of document issuance, only. Also, please specify the category of your choice. You will be matched with members of the same sex. Share Passengers who smoke, are not to do so in the cabin, unless okayed by fellow roommates. We will try to match you with someone close to your own age whenever possible.

(IV) SINGLE OCCUPANCY: This is for those who wish to solely occupy a cabin. There is a single occupancy upcharge of 50% for some inside cabins; 100% for all other cabins.

(V) PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED (PC): There are a very limited number of specially equipped cabins for the Physically Challenged. Please advise.

Please allow seven to ten days for processing of payments. We'll mail out a receipt shortly after you book. To be confirmed on the cruise, we must have a fully completed Reservation Form (below) along with your per person deposit. Passengers will receive cabin assignment upon booking but these cabin assignments are subject to change. Port charges and government taxes (stated below) are in addition to the per person cruise rates listed on this page.
