THURSDAY, JULY 29 — LECTURES plus LUXOR TEMPLE

After class sessions with archaeoastronomy expert Dr. Juan Antonio Belmonte or ancient engineering expert Dr. Steve Ressler, we’ll take a break and regroup for a late-afternoon trip to Luxor Temple.

Luxor Temple was the home of the annual Opet Festival, when the pharaoh was mystically joined to the Egyptian god Amun amid great celebration.
